Adult Recognition Awards are awarded to
Leaders and supporters for their exceptional service to the Scout Movement.

Silver Kangaroo
The Silver Kangaroo
is awarded for eminent achievement and meritorious
service to the Association for a period of at least
twenty years to adult Members. The award of the Silver Kangaroo may
be made by the Chief Scout of Australia to a Member of a
Scout Association affiliated with the World Organisation
of the Scout Movement. The Silver Kangaroo is worn
around the neck on a gold ribbon with two green
stripes. Cloth Emblem: a gold knot on a dark
green background.

Silver Emu
The Silver Emu is awarded for sustained and exceptional service to the
Association for a period of at least twenty years to adult Members. The Silver
Emu is worn around the neck on a purple ribbon. Cloth Emblem: a purple knot on
a blue background.

Silver Koala
The Silver Koala is awarded for distinguished service to the Association for a
period of at least sixteen years to adult Members. The Silver Koala is worn
around the neck on an orange ribbon. Cloth Emblem: an orange knot on a blue
background.

Silver Wattle
The Silver Wattle is awarded for outstanding service to the Association for a
period of at least twelve years to adult Members. The Silver Wattle is worn
around the neck on a green ribbon. Cloth Emblem: a green knot on a blue
background.

Silver Arrowhead
The Silver Arrowhead is awarded for excellent service to the Association for a
period of at least seven to eight years to adult Members and Associates. A
silver medallion, depicting the Scouts Australia logo, is worn around the neck
on a yellow ribbon. Cloth Emblem: a yellow knot on a blue background.

Certificate of Merit
The Certificate of Merit is awarded for good service to the Association
for a period of at least three years to adult Members and Associates.

The Medal of Merit is awarded for excellent service to the Association for a
period of at least ten years to adult Members and Associates. A
gold medallion, depicting the Scouts Australia logo, is worn
